In church, I was told that I was welcome in the church, although I was going to hell, because they “loved the sinner and not the sin.” In other words, they tolerated me but they didn’t accept me or believed that I was created this way.

In a world of hate, bigotry, and inequality….. love is sometimes hard to find. As a gay woman, I have felt the pain of bigotry and been devalued. So many years have been spent feeling unworthy. The inner homophobia was staggering and led to an eating disorder and contemplations of suicide.

It has taken years to fully embrace and embody my self love. I have learned to transform that pain and shame.

I have learned to claim my authentic power.

  • I AM WHOLE
  • I AM LOVED
  • I AM WORTHY
  • I AM VALUABLE
  • I AM COMPASSIONATE
  • I AM STRONG
  • I AM exactly as I AM CREATED TO BE

I would love to have a conversation with you if you have ever felt this way. I welcome you to book your complimentary coaching call today. You too are worthy of all good things in your life.
